Taste with the Maker- Virgile Joly

Participants who attend this class will have the opportunity to meet wine maker Virgile Joly of Domaine Virgile Joly, who is coming all the way from France for the Ocala Culinary Festival. Domaine Virgile Joly is a certified organic winery benefiting from a very special micro-climate, located at foot of the Larzac plateau facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Participants will have the opportunity to taste Domaine Virgile Joly wines and learn about the sustainable agricultural techniques Virgile employs to make wine. Classes are kept small so that there is time for question and answer with the winemaker and wine educator, Sarah Moeller.
