Shelby Goelz of Edison: Food+Drink Lab in Tampa, is the festival’s Official Mixologist. She’ll be mixing her special concoctions at various events throughout the five day festival- March 1-5th.
A small group of ten will have the opportunity to learn the art and science behind mixing the perfect cocktail with Shelby at this afternoon workshop.
