What an honor it is to have Kris Moon, Vice President of the James Beard Foundation, presenting an in-depth look at America’s pre-eminent culinary organization which is now celebrating its 30th anniversary!
Learn about James Beard’s work that inspired the organization, and the evolution of JBF over the past three decades including: the historic James Beard House; the annual James Beard Awards; the Foundation’s support of the next generation through its culinary scholarship program; and the recently launched Impact Programs which focus on sustainability, food policy and advocacy.
Proceeds benefit the James Beard Foundation Chef Scholarship program.
